Exchange and returns
We hope that you love our beautiful jewellery!
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, please:
- Contact us as soon as you can
- Please complete the return form (sent to you with your order), stating whether you require an exchange or refund
- Send the unused item, its original packaging and the return form within 14 days upon receipt of your order
Please ensure that the items are suitably protected and are returned to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Please also be aware that postage and packaging is not refundable.
We are happy to make a refund or an exchange providing the items are returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging within two weeks.
Please Note: We are unable to make a refund or an exchange on pierced earrings
due to health and hygiene regulations.
